Working directly with school leadership to develop an institutional vision, KSC builds a structural and strategic action plan that leads to a desired and attainable reality.
Through deeply reflective, hands-on work with school leadership – Heads of School, key administrative team members, trustees, and community members – KSC facilitates the creation of a necessary, timely, and achievable vision and structural growth plan. Mission-driven goals and action steps emerge from highly collaborative, custom-designed workshops and retreats enabling schools to identify an active path of least resistance towards their desired reality.
