Our Services
Schools are very busy places. KSC provides a web of individualized and integrated services that facilitate transformative growth toward Stability, Sustainability, and Maturity. Schools can then focus squarely on the mission-driven business at hand: deepening practice, nurturing students, and building community.
Getting to know a school through observation, conversation, and close study, KSC identifies the tensions, capacities, and opportunities that inhibit, promote, and define growth.
Positioning itself at the hub of the project wheel, KSC coordinates the entire facilities or master planned development process, from feasibility studies to ribbon cutting.
Advancing a school’s fundraising capacities, KSC stewards the study, formation, and execution of a campaign of giving toward its goals and nurturing a culture of philanthropy.
Working directly with school leadership to develop an institutional vision, KSC builds a structural and strategic action plan that leads to a desired and attainable reality.
Guiding leadership searches, mentoring new and maturing heads of school, and promoting active and effective boards, KSC champions the development of dynamic partnerships and leadership teams.
Cultivating deep and trusting relationships within a school community, KSC works intensely with leaders and administrative teams to chart, activate, and monitor a course to growth.
